Warranty Service Request 

JC Custom Homes provides one pre-closing orientation and two formal walkthroughs to address possible warranty issues in your home.  Formal walkthroughs take place 30 days and 11 months after closing.  We reccomend that you address all non-emergency matters during these appointments.  Please submit any warranty service requests below and a JC Custom Homes representative will contact you for scheduling.
